Andrew went out to a roof that was around 23 years old. The roof was near the end of its life with damage and leaks. Andrew used his extensive knowledge to help the homeowner make the proper decision in replacing their roof. Now they have peace of mind for years to come thanks to our 50-year warranty package.

Trenton inspected the roof and found it to be 24 years old and had reached the end of its service life. After discussing with the homeowner, we completed a full replacement. Giving the home a reliable, long-lasting protection and a fresh new look.

We tore everything off and hauled it away, then installed synthetic underlayment across the whole roof. Added new drip edge along the eaves and rakes, even removing and reinstalling the gutter wire so it was done right. We hit all the problem areas with ice and water shield, chimneys, valleys, pitch changes, and pipe boots and taped all the seams. We also capped turbines and sealed off any extra holes with OSB to tighten everything up.
