This homeowner in North Georgia was dealing with a problem most people don’t even realize they have: shingles running directly into their porch roof, creating a high risk area for leaks and long term damage.
Our team came out, did a full inspection, and built a plan to not just fix the issue but eliminate it for good.
We started by removing the shingles that were compromising the porch roof area, then thoroughly cleaned and prepped the surface to make sure everything was ready for a proper install. From there, we installed a full TPO roofing system across the entire porch roof, carefully folding and sealing every corner and transition.
