Job review from T in Cleveland, GA 30528 on 08/21/26

Josh came out to look at our leaky sky light situation. We discussed some patch work we did several years ago and he said we did a really good job. The problem was the sky light was not installed properly and caused leaks. The heat and sun has dried our caulk and cracks have formed. Caulking like we did before would be necessary when new leaks form. We wanted his thoughts and appreciate his honesty. He did not try to sell us something we did not need but explained the situation so we could understand. We look for contractors that are knowledgable and honest and he rocks. We would highly recommend him.
